There is no fixed HESI A2. Each nursing program chooses which exams you sit, and Elsevier's own score report describes the composite as dependent on the exams administered. The most common configuration is Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary and General Knowledge, Grammar, Basic Math Skills and Anatomy & Physiology.
